My one year old has been at ELDC since she was 5 months. She receives positive attention from the entire staff which makes her feel comfortable and happy. We've been pleased with the progress she is making at ELDC.
ELDC is a day care that I can count on. I can worry less knowing that my son is in good hands. Out of all the day care facilities I looked into this was the only one I felt comfortable with.
I was blessed to find ELDC within the last months of my first pregnancy in 2004. This family oriented center is full of care, love, and education. My son learned so much within his first year at ELDC. He left a year ahead of his peers academically. Four years later, we were blessed to have a daughter who also excelled socially and academically. The staff created a strong foundation for enthusiasm for their education. The teachers appreciated my children’s individuality and promoted creativity. I will forever love and appreciate the ELDC family for what they instilled in my family. We still visit them to this day and check in with our 14 year old son and our 10 year old daughter who truly love them.

My granddaughter has been at ELDC since she was 8 months old, she will be 5 in August. She is already starting to read, she knows all her alphabet, she can count to 100 and is just overall amazingly smart for a 4 year old. She loves all the teachers, so much so that when its time to go home she won’t leave unless she goes around and hugs them all good-bye. At night time she plays school with all her dolls and stuffed animals and tells them that her name is Mrs. Watkins.
My daughter came to ELDC when she was 8 months old and a week away from her second eye surgery. The teachers took care of her like their own. I had nothing to worry about and knew she was in good hands. As time went on before I knew it she is 4 years old and counting to 100, knows her alphabet and reading. Switching her to ELDC was the best decision I ever made. Especially since she loves all the teachers.
ELDC has been amazing for me and my family. They started early with education and gave my children the love of learning. The teachers are like family and love my children as their own.
This place is like going over to grandma’s house. Everyone is caring, helpful and loving! My child has learned above and beyond what I expected! Great learning service. Loving family.
My first child came here in 2007 and graduated from Kindergarten in 2011. When he left here he was reading on a second grade level and excelling in every subject. Now, its 2019 and my second son goes here and is in the infant room. Since he has been here he is able to say his ABC’s, count to 10, interact with his peers in a positive way, clean up after himself as if he were 3 years old.
Family relationships have always been core values for me. So by nature it was imperative that I find a childcare center with similar values. We were blessed when all roads led us to the Early Learning & Development Center. My daughter started a few weeks after her 1st birthday on the infant/toddler side. Like any new parent I was nervous, but the ladies were so genuine, caring, and attentive!! It became increasingly obvious how deeply nurturing these women were. I love how they tend to the children as if they were truly their own. And the children themselves begin to bond and mold their own tight knit friendships!!! I can’t stop there—the education and curriculum are the added bonus that makes this center such a gem!! Everything from reading & math to Spanish & science. My daughter is almost 4 and has progressed to the PreK3/PreK4 section. Every week she surprises me with new information she learned in Mrs. Watkins class!! I’m so grateful for ELDC and the teachers! If you’re looking for a warm family-like feel fused with quality education—this is the place for you!!
The daycare is a mercy to my husband and I. They are professional and offer and promote diversity and multiculturalism. The facility is a great place for learning and the teachers teach the children material that is a year ahead of the public school system. I am pleased to know that my child is safe and is being challenged.
The Early Learning & Development Center has been a god-send. Five of my children have been fortunate enough to have the love, care, and compassion bestowed upon them by the caregivers here: Mrs. Watkins, Ms. Watkins, Mrs. Maggie, and Ms. Sabrina. Academically the center offers a plethora of classes—English, Math, P.E., Spanish, and Art! There is a deliberate focus on literacy and it has been wonderful and helpful in building phonemic awareness and fluency!
